Odazo Flour Milling Releases a New Item of Bread Flour


Odazo Flour Milling Co., Ltd., released on June 15, a new item of bread flour called "Ble Sharme".

By using special technology of blending wheet flour, it enables baking bread with chewy texture that you have never experienced.

The bread made from the flour is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the textures will last for a long time.

It can be used to bake not only white bread but also bagels.
