Kinou Sozai Co. Ltd., a company handling various functional materials, headquartered in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, and headed by President Takehisa Okamura, has recently developed a storage bag for cookies and baked goods called "Bags Making Cookies Delicious."

The bags can be used to store cookies and baked sweets while they are still hot from the oven, and as time passes, the cookies and baked sweets in the bags becomes more flavory than they were when just baked. According to tests conducted by the company, the buttery aroma increased by more than five times, the chocolate aroma increased by more than three times, and the savory aroma increased by more than nine times.

The company says, "after baking, baked goods are usually left at room temperature to remove moisture, or cooled by air from a cooling system. This process of removing moisture causes the flavor of the baked goods to deteriorate, but the "Cookies become delicious bag" not only have antioxidant properties, but also realizes a freshly baked flavor that could not be tasted before.
